The Science & Craft of Raw Milk Cheese Conference will bring together cheesemakers, dairy farmers, and researchers for two days of presentations and discussions including: current and upcoming scientific cheese research; a panel on grass farming, animal management, and milk production for cheesemaking; and practical cheesemaking information from experienced producers and experts in the field.
